You can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or credit or an exchange for another design. Because of the nature of our business we cannot insure exchange of the same design.

Items must be returned within 14 days.

Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You can now just go through our easy self-service return system to process your return and print out a label shipping label. You can process your Return Authorization (“RMA”) online within your account. Any original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please make sure you write your RMA number on the outside of the return package.

If you ship using your own label, we recommend you insure your package, as Bleu Ink will not be held responsible if your return does not reach our warehouse. You MUST remember to put the RA number on the outside of the package or on a paper inside the package.

How To Process A Return

You can process your Return Authorization (“RMA”) online within your account.

Email our Customer Service department crm@bleuink.com with your RMA# to get your pre-paid return shipping label. You will receive your label within 24 hours.
